​The owner of Pen Creative is June Armstrong. Pen Creative is supported by a small rota of volunteers.

The terms 'us', ‘our’, 'we', or 'the Company' refer to Pen Creative. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of this website.

​By accessing this site you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and that you are legally entitled to access and use the information and functions of the website.

Limited License

 

Pen Creative grants a limited license to use to use and view or visit the site. This license is nonexclusive, revocable, non-transferable and is subject to all and any listed terms and conditions.

Pen Creative provides business and creative writing services, bespoke poetry, and digital downloadable products. Our non-fiction includes drafting, copyediting, or proofreading business plans, funding applications, proposals, evaluation reports, and assignments.. Our genre fiction includes: romance, paranormal, science-fiction, speculative, contemporary, mystery, and memoirs. We also provide bespoke poetry. 

 

Timeline for delivery

 

We work to the requirements and agreed timeline between us and you. This includes the potential need to adjust costs or delivery times if necessary and mutually agreeable.

 

Conditions of Service

We will provide an initial assessment to gauge a full understanding of your needs. Following mutual agreement of what is required, we will work to the highest level of our professional ability. The client understands and accepts that the completed service cannot guarantee funding, loans, business investment,a best-selling book, or finding an agent or publisher.

 

Revisions

​

We offer two free revisions. These relate to changes in font, and a single name throughout the document or detail ie price quoted. Requests for changes after 7 days will attract additional fees.
 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We provide a no-quibble full refund where:

​

No work has been completed, and where we are unable to meet your request but you have already submitted payment.

Refunds are calculated based on the amount of work done. Work may include perusals, research, time spent liaising with the customer following agreement. Please note that an initial assessment is designed to obtain all the information required to begin work.

 

Any request for further assessment will be treated as a paid consultation service and charged accordingly. If we consider requests to be spurious, eg, on the pretext of gaining free services, we reserve the right to charge or cancel the service.

 

To request a refund please provide information as soon as possible, detailing why you need to be refunded. Please note that where work has been started, a full refund will not be possible. Work includes perusal, reading, further correspondence with you, drafted notes, and research.

Limitation of liability

You agree to release and hold the Company and all relevant agents, representatives, and affiliates, free of any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising from or related to the provision of services.This includes but is not limited to:

(a) telephone, electronic, hardware or software, network, Internet, email, or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind;

(b) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions;

(c) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Company that may cause the Project to be delayed, disrupted, or corrupted;

(d) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of utilizing our services; or

(e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with our services.

 

You also agree to indemnify the company and its agents, representatives, and affiliates from:

any claim, suit or demand or fees as a result of using these services

or from your violation or breach of this Agreement,

or from your violation of any rights of a third party, or any other act or omission by you.

The company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this web site or any information provided on this web site.
