As soon as written terms of written are in place and payment is made, I will begin work. 

If no work has begun, I will provide a full refund. Work includes any time spent in relation to your submission.  For example, reading, research, draftng and further correspondence with you for clarification.

I usually work by email. I use Word and track changes which allows you to reject or accept any recommended changes.

I offer up one moderate revision for free, subject to requirements. For example, for work which should take no more than 20 minutes. Substantial revisions due to client error or oversight will attract additional fees.
